Ellen specializes in helping clients align their organizations to their business strategy. She has over 17 years experience working with senior teams to interpret the people and organizational implications of their business objectives and to develop a people strategy to support the achievement of them.
Her passion and focus are centered on leadership alignment, capability and effectiveness. She has worked with a wide variety of senior executives and executive teams to improve their effectiveness individually and collectively, and has helped them build a shared vision of the future, achieve alignment on their strategic priorities and to articulate their ideal operating environment.
Organizational alignment work has included strategic and operational organization design, identification of critical talent segments, definition of required capabilities, and alignment of behavior and performance drivers to engage, develop and motivate the workforce. Her core capabilities include mission and vision articulation, strategic planning, organization design, leadership assessment and coaching, stakeholder engagement and alignment, people strategy development, organizational impact assessment, HR program alignment, and broad change management.
