Ryan Millward

Ryan has been part of Passages Consulting since 2007. In 2009 Ryan was appointed CFO of the company. Prior to Passages Consulting, Ryan worked in the Food and Beverage industry with responsibility of a $20 million dollar P & L, a management team of 17 and staff of over 100 people. Additionally he has had over 20 years of experience creating, operating and expanding companies including: Developing practical cash flow, income statements, balance sheet and budgets; Organizing and deploying complete operational plans including marketing, cost controls and staffing; Organizing the incorporation of companies, registered trademarks and copyrighted printed material; Obtaining financing from private and public funding sources for start-up companies; and Selecting and implementing Point-Of-Sale, inventory and back office computer system for corporations. Ryan has a degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Southern California.
