Megan Staczek

Megan brings more than 18 years of experience as a leadership coach and organization development consultant with a passion for moving leaders and teams to higher levels of performance. With experience in multiple industries, Megan’s knowledge of human and team dynamics, leadership, adaptive change and organizational systems helps clients develop capacity and new capabilities that deliver results. Prior to building a client base as an external consultant, Megan spent years inside large organizations building and leading teams focused on leadership development, designing organizational change strategies and initiatives, and consulting with executives for business performance improvement. Her approach to consulting and coaching incorporates the use of rich tools to drive reflection and action that build capacity for the leader, team and organization. At the cornerstone of her work is the belief that all leaders have untapped potential that, when unleashed, enables them to create new possibilities for themselves and others. Megan received her MS in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and achieved her certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University.
