Deepika Nath

Deepika Nath is a seasoned consultant with 15 years experience bridging strategy and organizational development resulting in growth and lasting change for her clients. She founded Indica Consulting in 2004 where she established herself as a trusted advisor and coach to senior executives. Deepika has a proven track record of delivering results to her clients by emphasizing change – individual and organizational. She has worked with leading consulting firms such as the Boston Consulting Group and Ernst & Young’s healthcare practice (now part of Accenture) and PA Consulting.
Deepika has consulted on strategy, change management, leadership & team development and provided executive coaching to senior leaders at Fortune 100 organizations across diverse industries. She has deep expertise in the healthcare sector having worked with pharmaceutical companies, upcoming and established biotechnology companies and pre-eminent healthcare organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe and India. Prior to her career in consulting, she was a tenured professor at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. She has a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), and an M.A. in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, California). She earned her B.A. (Honors) from St. Stephen's College (Delhi University) and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore).
Deepika is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on leadership, organizational development and diversity, and has published practitioner oriented cases and articles in leading publications including “The Systems Thinker”, Society for Organizational Learning’s “Reflections”, and The Linkage Leader. A recent case study on “Building Trust and Cohesiveness in a Leadership Team” appeared in Reflections in 2009.
She is active on non-profit boards and volunteers in mentoring and coaching programs for women leaders and non-profits (Menttium, Coaching the Global Village, Young Entrepreneurs Alliance & YearUp). She is a member of the OD Network, the Society for Organizational Learning, The HR Leadership Forum and the Boston Club.
