Andrew has served client organizations and leaders for over 20 years as a consultant, facilitator, attorney, and trusted advisor. Andrew’s work improves his clients’ business results and culture, and enhances individual performance and satisfaction.
Bringing clarity, grounded decision-making and real dialogue are at the core of Andrew’s work. He helps focus leaders on what matters most and how to effectively act on it. Andrew works in a variety of settings, for example: he has forged strategic and tactical alignment among senior pharmaceutical company leaders integrating new officers and facing a shifting market focus; he has developed the leadership competencies of global consumer products operations leaders in the context of building new supply chain organizations; and he has consulted with financial services, retail, and manufacturing leaders regarding how to effectively engage, manage, and develop an increasingly diverse work force. Whatever the industry and objective, Andrew shares his focus, wisdom, and enthusiasm.

Andrew has worked in a wide variety of organizations, industries, and locations. Prominent clients have included Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte & Touche, PepsiCo., Cordis, KPMG, Edward Jones, Brooks Brothers, Girl Scouts of the USA, and Ortho-McNeil. He has also taught leadership, ethics, and conflict resolution at the MBA and undergraduate levels.
Andrew practiced law in California prior to founding his own organizational consulting firm in Pennsylvania in 1997. In addition to his Juris Doctorate he has a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelors Degree in International Relations, with a focus on International Business and Economics. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and son.
